will also find the need to prove yourself disappears,
say when out on a Friday night, and those who lack confidence

defence - Did you know that if you are attacked,
9 out of 10 scuffles will go to the ground? Most Martial
Arts don't teach groundwork, so if this happens their
techniques are ineffective! Judo will teach you to defend
yourself on the ground, and without injury to your opponent,
keeping you easily within the confounds of the law! (N.B.
Only when used in defence of Law and Order!) |

- Most people don't appreciate the effort it takes to
do Judo. So if you fancy a good workout and getting yourself
