Ever fancied trying your hand at some Judo?
Judo is good for the following -

Self Discipline / Containment of Aggression - Judo having roots from Japanese Martial Arts means it has alot of Discipline and Respect. This will rub off into the every day lives of those who train in Judo. You will also find the need to prove yourself disappears, say when out on a Friday night, and those who lack confidence will gain it.
Self defence - Did you know that if you are attacked, 9 out of 10 scuffles will go to the ground? Most Martial Arts don't teach groundwork, so if this happens their techniques are ineffective! Judo will teach you to defend yourself on the ground, and without injury to your opponent, keeping you easily within the confounds of the law! (N.B. Only when used in defence of Law and Order!)
Fitness - Most people don't appreciate the effort it takes to do Judo. So if you fancy a good workout and getting yourself pretty fit, come along for a lesson and find out. I bet you'll be surprised! And it's alot more fun than going to the Gym!
So if you fancy giving it a go, feel free to come along and watch a sesson. Or you can jump straight in and give it a try.
It doesn't matter if you are Male or Female, Fat or Thin, Fitness freak or Couch potato, most people can do Judo.
